How do I edit the welcome message on the home page?
You can edit the welcome by clicking the "Edit" link on the right side of the welcome message.

Edit the message and then click "Save Changes."

Everyone in your network will see the new welcome greeting.
How do I add an Agency to my network?
Build your network by adding agencies to share assistance records. Click the "Admin" tab and then the "Add New Agency" button.

A payment prompt will pop up. Here is where you choose whether this Agency's access will be paid by your Agency or by itself.

Type in the name of the agency, the agent's name, and their email address. They will receive an email with their login information as soon as you click "Add."

The agency will be given an auto-generated password that they can change later (check out: How do I change my password?).

How do I approve (or deny) an agency's access to my network?
When an agency requests membership to your network, the pending requests await approval from the network administrator. Click the "Admin" tab and then the "Membership Requests" tab.

The pending membership requests are listed here.The network admin must "Approve" access to the network before the agency is given login information.

Once approved, the agent will receive an email containing login information.

Approved requests will remain listed under the "Membership Requests" tab until they have successfully logged into the system. You can resend the welcome email by clicking "Resend welcome email?"

How do I disable an agent?
As an administrator you have the ability to deny access to an agent.
To disable an agent, go to the "Agencies" tab and click the "Agents" tab. Locate the agent alphabetically by last name. Then click "Edit" next the agent's name

Check the box next to "Disable login for this agent." Click "Save Changes."

The agent will then be restricted access to the system.

How do I disable an agency?
As an admin you have the ability to deny access to an agency. Click on the "Agencies" tab and then click on the name of the agency you wish to disable.

Once inside the agency, click "Edit Agency Information."

In the "Edit Agency Information" dialog that pops up, click the check box next to "Disable all logins for this agency." Then "Save Changes" when you're done.

That agency will no longer allowed access to the system.
